Shipping is done by DHL Premium Shipping: This has you fully insured and you instantly get a tracking number.
As soon as the order is in transit, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the e-mail address stored in your customer account. This e-mail also contains the link to DHL shipment tracking. We only ship to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The shipping cost within Germany is 3,95 EUR.
For deliveries to Switzerland and Austria the EU shipping costs of 9,95 EUR will be charged.
The delivery time is usually 1 - 2 working days. On the product pages you can see the delivery time for each product. The delivery period begins from the time of receipt of payment (except for purchase on account and surname).
